In Orthofix, the Innovation Department
has the purpose of collecting and evaluating ideas, products, companies and services in order to choose and develop the best ones to make them successful for the mission of the Company.
The
Innovation Team
is a group formed by dedicated people with the support of other internal resources who are chosen according to the needed competences required by the evaluation and discussion of the new idea.
The “enlarged” team involves people from R&D, Clinical Affairs and Marketing departments.
This allows a complete evaluation of the ideas using the knowledge and the background of every component.
